She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Brown Jr. and Ada Ruth Brown (Shackelford); her husband Richard Eugene Waack; her granddaughter Karli Waack; and her great grandchild Stacy Bergman.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard L. Waack, Matthew (Brenda Waack) and Timothy (Karen Waack); her grandchildren, Kristi Bergman, Kimberli Waack, Andrew Waack (Brooke Waack), Barbara (Brian Cross), Matthew (Stephanie Waack) and Jessica (Matt Morgan); her great grandchildren, Joshua Waack, Jacob Waack, Braden Palmer, Leighton, Emory Cross, Adaline Waack, Drew, Megan Morgan, Grant, Sydnie Morgan, Paige and Logan Moss; and her great great grandchildren, Wilder, Jovi, Vic, Stetson and Lexi Ana.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to Methodist Village Nursing Home, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
