He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Miller (Allen) and Edward Miller; his brother Edward Lee Miller; and his son Terry Lee Miller. He is survived by: his significant other Tomiko Towsand; his daughters, Carol of California and Betty of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Britney and Richard; his sisters, Billie Jean Womack (Ronnie) and Cathy Newman (Randy); his siblings' children, Ronnie G. Womack (Sandy), Timothy M. Womack (Lavon), Cory Newton and Kimberly Perceful (Robert); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexandria Buckner, Faith Campbell, Ryleigh Perceful, Christian Campbell (Danielle), Matthew Womack and Michael Womack.
