He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Ralph and Adeline Elizabeth Kohli Moser; his significant other Ruth Eileen Hitchcock Moser; and his son Richard Craig Moser. He is survived by: his children, Chris Purser (Jim) of Brandon, Mississippi, Mike Moser (Laura) of Fort Smith and Robert B. Moser of Alcoa, Tennessee; and his siblings, Karen S. Neff (Steve) of Fairborn, Ohio and Scott Moser (Camie) of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
