He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mack Shaver and Florence Irene "Toots" Shaver (Hawkins) of Little Rock, Arkansas.; his former spouses, Frances Fletcher Smith of Madison, Virginia., Loretta Anama of Bakersfield, CA and Lee Ann Overton; and his wife Lynda Dixon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine B. Lea of Orange and Virginia M. Blaser (Mitch) of Cape Town; his grandchildren, Anna, Sarah, Rebecca, Benjamin, Abigail and Isabella; his children, Michael J. Bell of Westwood and Laura A. Kempe of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Haley, Genevieve, Joshua, Christine and Peter; his sons, Gregory M. Shaver (Erica Jo) of West Lafayette, IN and Jeffrey M. Shaver (Elizabeth) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, William, Allison, Katherine and Connor Mack; and his close friends, Suzie, Mary, Sandra and Carol.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Jeffrey-Glidewell Boys & Girls Club 4905 North 'O' Street, Fort Smith, AR 72904 would be appreciated.
