He is survived by: his wife Deborah Abshere of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and his children, Lisa Tucker (Charles) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Deriek Abshere (Susie) of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Michelle Abshere of Pocola, Oklahoma, Angel Watts of Newark, Ohio, Michael Abshere (Jessica) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Samuel Abshere (Brandy Campbell Abshere) of Fort Smith, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew, along with many other relatives and friends.
