He was predeceased by: his wife Charyn; his mother Lois Batchelor; his stepfather Lonnie Batchelor; his father Warren West; and his sisters, Becky Davenport and Carolyn Hoffman.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Belzer, Kourtni Alley (Greg) and Eric West (Olga Schneider West); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Lexi, Hailey Belzer, Brooke Bolton (Garrett) and Aya West. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
