Rachel Ann (Rule) Rhodes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rachel Ann (Rule) Rhodes of Fort Smith, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2026 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kenner and Ellen Louise Rule (Bohnsack); her husband Rev. Larry R. Rhodes; her grandson Michael Moore; and her siblings, Loren, Lyman, Richard Rule, Virginia Meimann and Mary Risdal.
She is survived by: her son Rick Moore (DeeDee) of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Jerry Moore, Rhonda Killion and Joseph Moore; her great grandchildren, Emily, Andrew Killion and Hayden Moore; and her sister-in-law Mary Beth Rule. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
