He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Smith and Hermie Smith (Bruns); his wife Stacey Smith; and his brother Neil Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Levy of Fort Smith, Melissa Swagerty (Brendan) of Chicago and Greg Smith (Amy) of Sapulpa; and his close friend Kathi Workman of Mulberry.
