He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wagner and Frances Morgan Wagner; and his brothers, Rick Wagner and Mark Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Olivette; his stepchildren, Stephanie Langley, Kathryn Velez, Daniel Arnold and Kyle Arnold; his brothers, Shawn and Shane Wagner; his uncle Richard; and his aunt Margaret Simmons. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fellowship of Christian Athletes or Boys and Girls Club of Fort Smith.
