He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Lorenzo Erwin and Dollie M. Erwin (Ralston); his sister Patricia Daniels; and his half-brother Mike Ward. He is survived by: his wife Gail White; his sons, Greg Erwin and Eric Erwin; his stepson Chad White; and his sisters, Nina Guess, Gloria Phillips, Misty Ralston and T. J. Erwin.
