Raymond Cecil Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Maxwell and Raymond Cecil. He is survived by: his siblings, David Cecil, Joe Cecil, Keith Cecil and Chris Cecil. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
