He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Vickie Miller of Fort Smith, Steve Mathews (Sheila) of Fort Smith and Derek Mathews (Christi) of Fort Smith; his sisters, Mary Allbriton of Spiro, OK, Janice Waters (Eddie) of Siloam Springs, AR and Linda; and his grandchildren, Allen Miller (Amanda), Kyle Mathews, Jessie Mathews, Amanda Hartgraves (Robert), Noah Mathews and Jeremiah Mathews. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
