He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Roxie (Logan). He is survived by: his wife Christina Ann Bruton of Fort Smith; his son Ricky Bruton (Cissy) of Hackett, AR; his granddaughters, Katelynn Norris (Hunter) of Fort Smith and Hannah Brown (Jacob) of Hackett, AR.; and his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Opal Brown, Madalynn Ann Brown, Carter Lou, Norris and Jaxon Richard Norris.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Family Home (331 Brownwood Estates, Fort Smith, AR 72916). The military honors will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 9:50 AM at the U. S. National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Vineyard Community Church (5211 S 29th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that any memorial contributions be made to a fund in honor of his beloved wife Christina, who is currently living in a nursing home with Alzheimer's.
