He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard James Cunningham and Inez Cunningham (Woods). He is survived by: his sons, Chris Cunningham of Fort Smith and Robert Cunningham Jr. of Fort Smith; his sisters, Mary Eoff of Fort Smith and Dora Rains of Missouri; his grandchildren, Massie and Dylan Cunningham; and his great grandchildren, Zeria Walker and Penelope Villegas.
