It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Beshears of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lavetta Beshears; his children, Rick Beshears (Paula), Larin Beshears (Jennie), Angela Neas (Patrick), Stacy Garner (Jay), Tommy Thompson and Kaylee Mosley (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kody, Kaitlyn, Nick, Lauren, Max, Audrey, Abby, Kaleb, Presli and Grady of Israel, JJ; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Lynleigh of Leland, CJ, Sage and Dawson; his siblings, Don Beshears, Shirley Hanry and Faye Beshears; William R. Beshears, Chris Beshears, Doc Alonzo, Julina Wood, Parnie Mae Metcalf Beshears, Jimmy Beshears, Billy Beshears, Blewmer Lenoir Hanry, Elmer and Tura Beshears.

In lieu of flower tributes, the family asked you consider a donation to Ahimsa or the Charleston Dog Shelter, as he never met a dog he didn't like.
