Sandi leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sandi’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Sandi will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She is survived by: her husband Edward C. "Sandy" Sanders; her daughter Susan Johns (Michael); and her grandchildren, Elaine Sanders (Jeff Dlabach), Ian Johns, Jack Johns (Alison), Isabel Dlabach, Nicholas Dlabach and Reese Dlabach.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sanders Endowment for Music - University of Arkansas Fort Smith, Fort Smith Public Library, and St. Luke Lutheran Church.
