She is survived by: her husband Eric Blalock; her children, Cathaleen Bontemps of Fort Smith, Sandy Rayett Shelton of Fort Smith and Damon Scott Shelton of Little Rock, AR; her father Billy Don Rape of Sallisaw, OK; and her sister Christina Dotson of Texas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
