Though Shelley may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra K. Frey; and her brother Shane Frey. She is survived by: her husband Mark of Fort Smith; her father L. Ray Frey of Lincoln, Nebraska; and her siblings, Cheri Edman and Shawn L. Frey.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
