It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Underwood of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on November 19, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Cole and Alice Mae Cahill (Crane); her husband Clayton Underwood; and her brother David Cahill. She is survived by: her children, Terry Underwood of Fort Smith, Kelleen Ketchum of Fort Smith and Jeffrey Underwood of Warren, PA; her grandchildren, Brandon, Celine, Dominique and Kyra; her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Brooklynn, Livia, Aliina, LiAngelo and Roman; and her friend Betty Tomic. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
