He was predeceased by: his parents, Doc Neidecker and Willene Neidecker (Osborne); his former wife Peggy Neidecker; his brother Stewart Wayne Neidecker; and his grandparents, Ethel Osborne, John and Allie Neidecker.
He is survived by: his children, Jason (Katherine Neidecker), Lacy (Clay Williams) of Alma, AR and Jessica Slama; his siblings, Connie and Johnny (Simone Neidecker); and his fiancée Sandra Wagnon. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
