He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Dungan and William Pauline Dungan (Stephenson); and his siblings, Sally Kirkpatrick, Jimmy Dungan and Jo O'Hagen.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dungan; his son Steve Dungan (Wendi) of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Seth, Ashlyn and Sara Beth Dungan; and his niece Paulette Turner of Walters, OK..
