She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Nell Law (Whitman) and Elton Leonard Law of Caulksville; her husband Jerry Roy Chastain; and her siblings, William "Buddy" Law and Delores "Dee" Reames.

She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Chastain Wideman (Brett) and Jerry "Darren" Chastain (Stacey); her grandchildren, Ashley Wideman Canterbury (Blake), Chelsea Wideman, Garrett Chastain, Caroline Chastain and Ben Chastain; and her great grandchildren, Emmrie, Grayson, Caden and Colton Canterbury.
