She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Wentz and Mona Wentz (Ludwick); her former husband Robert Eugene Martin Sr.; her husband Glenn Dale Forbis; her son Marty Martin; and her brothers, David Wentz, Steve Wentz and Willard Wentz.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Martin Jr. and Kelly Martin; and her siblings, Letha Christianson and Harlan Wentz. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, multiple step-great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
