She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Crockett (Hunter) of Maumelle, AR; and her siblings, Tammy Van (Betina Rameil-Scott) of Bogart, Ernie Thornell (Holly) of Custer, SD and Karl Thornell (Shawna Jamison) of Fort Smith, AR..
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ocker Putman Funeral Home (4500 Jenny Lind Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
