He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford D. Chamberlain and Annetta L. Chamberlain (Hall). He is survived by: his daughter Kathern Crump (Jonathan) of Mena; and his siblings, April Cant of Mena, Jana Fain of Van Buren, Sherri Bell (David) of Dallas, Texas and Eric Chamberlain (Lora) of Mena.
