He is survived by: his sons, Travis Smith (Elizabeth) of Roff and Josh Smith (Trisha) of Greenwood, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Lexi Jordan (Smith), Avary Smith, Cambreigh Smith, Caden Smith and Colton Smith; and his siblings, Harold, Patti Smith, Donnie Smith and Grady Gann Jr.. He is also survived by his wife of 46 years, his children, and his grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (4211 State Line Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72916).
