He is survived by: his wife Shari Lessley; his daughter JJ Chronister; his granddaughter Ellie Jane Chronister; his mother-in-law Mary Jane Lessley; his brother-in-law Sam Hiller; his nephew Sam Austin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Molly and Banks Austin; his nephew Scott Austin (Whitney); his great-nephews, Jace and Landon; his niece Terri Campbell; his uncle Dennis; and his aunt Linda Sue Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garrison Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
