He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Buddy" Smith and Beverley Tankersley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Clark; his sons, David and Spencer Smith; and his nephew Samuel Sicard (Jennifer) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by numerous cousins and his faithful dogs.
