She was predeceased by : her parents, George Owens and Lillie Owens; and her husband Dale. She is survived by : her son Gary Leeper (Kathleen) of Ft Smith; her grandchildren, Mary Harp (Douglas) of Holiday Island, Chris Leeper of Ft Smith and Wendy Enloe (Sean) of San Diego; and her sister-in-law Bettye LaBorn of Ft Smith. She is also survived by 6 great granddaughters.
