She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Allen Waggoner and Eunice Magdalene Waggoner (House); and her daughter Kaylea Spruill. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Fenner of Charleston, Jordan Fenner of Fort Smith, Andrea Fenner of Fort Smith and Hailey Fenner of Charleston; her siblings, Dennis Waggoner (Cindy) of Charleston, Alretta Reese (Larry) of Muldrow and Robertta Moses (Darrell) of Fort Smith; and her sibling-in-law De'Michael Blocker of Fort Smith.
