She is survived by: her children, Steven Ray Hutchins of Fort Smith, Stephanie Kay Hutchins of Newport, AR, Lisa Renee Scrudder of Mountainburg, AR and Amanda Jo Hutchins of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Shawn William Homer Scrudder of Fort Smith, Jonathan Alexander Scrudder of Fort Smith, Kevin Dewayne Scrudder of Fort Smith and Victoria Lynn Wilkinson; and her pet Gizmo.
