He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David and Onis Oberah Haver; and his brothers, Charles David and Gary Layne. He is survived by: his wife Jan Anne O'Neel; his daughter Lea Anne Brooks (Clint); his granddaughter Elissabeth Haver Brown (Cameron); and his great grandchild Wayne Reid Brown.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1400 Grand Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
