He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Rudolph Holzman (Dock) and Ora Lavena Kirkpatrick; and his sister Wanda Pippin (Bunnie). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Glenn (Terry) of Edmond, OK and Michelle McCall (Tim) of Waynoka, OK.; his siblings, Ruth Tolbert of Ozark and Charles Holzman of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Jayson, Paul, Mikala and Madison; and his nieces and nephews, Roger (Angie), Roxie (Carlton), Sonya, Blaine and Jace.
