He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Sr. Turner and Wilma Mankins Turner; and his sisters, Lillie Troyer and Katrina Turner. He is survived by : his children, Tiffany Reese of Fort Smith, Krashawna Lubbe of Arkoma, Katelynn Honey of Fort Smith, Nadia Whinery of Fort Smith, Aleighsha Turner of Alma and Andrew Hrenchir of Fort Smith; and his brothers, Allen Arnold of Van Buren, Samuel Turner of Fayetteville, NC, James Turner of Mulberry, Lucas Turner of Fort Worth, TX and Gideon Turner of Whitney, TX.
