She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Letlow; and her son Gabriel Letlow. She is survived by: her children, Khristy Stonebarger, Cynthia Hofer, Billie Jean Cole, Malacy Letlow, Rob Shoemaker, Jason Hudson and Joshua Hudson. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
