He is survived by: his brother Paul Vines of Little Rock, AR; his aunt Linda Vines Clouse; his wife Julia Vines Halter; and his uncles, Robert Pressnell of Texarkana, AR and Randy Pressnell of Fouke, AR. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 1 niece and several cousins and friends.
