He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Purifoy and Merle Purifoy; and his wife Niorbra Sue Moody Purifoy. He is survived by: his children, Chris Purifoy (Gina) of Fouke, Arkansas and Lesa Purifoy of Fouke, Arkansas; his grandsons, Mark Purifoy and Dylan Purifoy; his great grandchild Allie Purifoy; and his sister Judy Bryant of Genoa, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
