He is survived by: his wife Deborah Frank of Fouke, Arkansas; and his brothers, Keith Dale Frank (Pam) of Wichita Falls and Lenny Frank (Lisa) of Ardmore, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
