He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Scoggins Hart of Texarkana, TX; his grandson Tristan Hart; his siblings, Shyrell Warren of Fouke, AR and Jeff Scoggins (Deanne) of Fouke, AR; and his caregiver Melanie Baird (Timothy) of Fouke, AR. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and special friends.
