He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Anne Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Ann Guthrie of Fouke, Arkansas; his son-in-law Steve Cagle of Oakland, Arkansas; his son Jason; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Guthrie of Fouke, Arkansas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.
