She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Jr. Ainsworth and Elsie Ainsworth (Soth); her husband James "Jim" Harvey; and her siblings, Barbara Fayette, Clayton III, Jerry Ainsworth, Susann Birkle, Regina Busby and Louis Ainsworth.
She is survived by: her children, John Harvey of Conway, Arkansas, Carmen Bohn (Brett) of Las Vegas and Jean Curtis (Kevin) of Weatherford, Texas; and her siblings, Frances Hayes of Newton, Kansas., Tim Ainsworth of Newton, Kansas. and Rebecca Seger (Jim) of Newton, Kansas.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
