He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Benton Campbell and Billie D. Herron Campbell; and his daughter April Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Jack Campbell, Jr. of Franklin and Bobby Joe Campbell of Mountain Home, Idaho; and his brother Randy Campbell (Lydia) of Glencoe. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
