He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace M. Knox and Mary Bell Pittillo Knox; his wife Lois "Jean" Knox; his siblings, Nadine Taylor, Jack Knox and John Knox; his son-in-law Larry Fulfer; his granddaughter Jennifer Harris; and his great grandchild Noah O'Neal.

He is survived by: his children, Roberta Fulfer of Rogers, Connie Drymon (Sherman) of Rogers, H. K. Knox (Dianne) of Rogers and Mike Knox (Dianne Powell) of Avoca. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
