He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith; his children, Jason Smith of Anchorage, Joshua Smith (Lydia) of Enid, Oklahoma and Jessica Smith (Kristina) of Garfield, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Levi Smith, Kylee Smith, John Palmer, Caleb Smith, Jordain Palmer, Jeremiah Palmer and Olivia Smith; his great grandchild Emerson Levi; his sister Kreelie Pryor of Springdale, Arkansas; his friend Jerry Oehlert (Paulette) of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Jan Strickland.
