He was predeceased by: his mother Pamela Denise Coker of Hopkinsville, KY; and his wife Christina Rachel Laurver Bush of Garfield, AR.. He is survived by: his father George R. Bush of Springdale, AR; his sons, Tanner Austin Bush of Dickinson and Derrick Lee Bush; his stepson Kennith Shepherd of Rogers; his stepgrandchild Emillia Williams of Garfield, AR.; and his pets, Clarabelle, Gracie and Nibbler.
