She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Austin Tate and Neomia Beatrice Taylor Tate; and her siblings, Austin Levi Tate and Opal Fay. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Jones; her sons, Jimmy Jones (Donna) of Garfield, Eric Jones of Seligman and Mark Jones (Jasah) of Garfield, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jessie, Kamryn, Chantz, Hayven, Andi and Jason; and her siblings, Charles Ray Tate (Sharon) of Seligman and Virginia Mae Cooper (Edwin) of Pineville, Missouri. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Prospect Baptist Church (19200 Gann Ridge Rd, Garfield, AR 72732). A reception will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Join and Fellowship.
