She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Mullins and Mary Hogue Mullins; and her siblings, Steve Mullins, Joyce Stanphill, Sidney Bender and Malinda Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mindy Coberly (Cody) of Garfield and Randi Flynn of Garfield, Arkansas; her granddaughters, Taylor Martinez (Jason) of Garfield and Isabella Coberly of Garfield, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Jaxon of Garfield, Arkansas and Oliver Martinez of Garfield, Arkansas; and her siblings, Janie Alldrdge of Pea Ridge, Debbie Patterson (Kelly) of Jay, Oklahoma, Ron Mullins of Centerton, Don Mullins (Cathy) of Alliance and John Mullins (Sherry) of Wakita.
