She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Smith and Elwese Smith; her husband Ronnie Ray; her in-laws, Howard "Buck" and Evelyn Ray; and her siblings, Dale Smith, Doyle Smith, Johnny Smith, Carl Smith, Leonard Adams, LaVerne Adams, Darlene McClendon and Jeanette Heard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Smith of Lead Hill, Kathy Rose (Larry) of Cotter, Norma Shafer of Yakima, Carolyn Huddleston of Georgetown and Debbie Parks (Marvin) of Silsbee; her children, Terry Ray (Wendy) of Gassville and Tina Dameron (Russ) of Kimberling City; and her granddaughters, Stormi Day of Mountain Home and Addi Ray of Gassville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
