He was predeceased by: his parents, Lou Moore and Genie Moore; his brother James Moore; his son-in-law Mitchell; and his close friend Frances Marie Stonestreet.
He is survived by: his wife Odie JoAnn Moore of Genoa, AR; his children, Jerri Ann Mitchell, Lou E. Moore and Milton E. Moore (Sue); his grandchildren, Kristy Hays (Patrick), Roy Smallwood (Danie), Odie Jo Moore (Adam Akers), Lou E. Moore Jr., Melissa Price (Cody) and Eddie Moore (Anna); his great grandchildren, Brock, Gracie Hays, Carlie, Lynlie Smallwood, Cooper, Remi Price, Lincoln Moore and Axel Thomas Akers; and his pets, Tramp, Nicole and Reggie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
