Millsap (Stephanie) of Roseville, Craig "Rube" Millsap (Hannah) of Gentry and Michael Millsap (Kristi) of Gentry, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Rebekkah McGrath, Colleen Peregrin, Isabelle Peregrin, David Millsap, Aaron Millsap, Jaxon Millsap, Katherine Millsap, Shaun Peregrin, April Millsap, Sandy Joy Millsap and Samuel Millsap; his great grandchild Rose McGrath; and his siblings, Wally Millsap of Gentry, Ed Millsap of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Martha Hawkins of Gentry and Kathy Hummingbird of Gentry, Arkansas.

For the funeral and visitation, guests will be limited to 528 people and everyone will be required to wear their own face mask, per the guidelines set forth by the State of Arkansas.
